Carmax….Is it good?

We bought a used Volkswagon, a 2003 silver wagon at Carmax. So far in the last 2 months there have been 2 problems with it. We are going to take it to the shop tonight. Well see what happens then. I mean this getting ridiculous. We did buy an extended warrenty on it but i hope the car gets better. We are thinking about taking it back.

2 problems on a 03 used car??? What do you expect, take it to the shop and get it fixed. The only thing that is getting ridiculous is you. Why did you buy an extended warranty? By the way, you cannot take back the car and get a refund, you only have 5 days to do that DA. Best of luck with your 03 used vehicle. Someone else must have gotten its better days……

I too have issues with CarMax. Their customer serivce is disgraceful. My experience i that they prey on people and when called for they will lie cheat and steal. My advice NEVER, and I mean NEVER buy from CarMax.
